We only collect the information you choose to send us through the consultation form: your name, email address, yacht name, yacht size, project type, primary service, your project notes and any reference photographs you attach.

Your data is used solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a consultation proposal and maintain the resulting professional correspondence. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract. We do not use your data for marketing or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Who can see it
Enquiries are received by the OnboArt team. Data may be processed by the service providers that host this website and deliver our email, acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality. We do not transfer your data to any other third party unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the period required to meet our legal obligations. You may ask us to delete it sooner.
